providing local information, maps, and guide books. We are located just 2 blocks
off I-5, exit 136, on the east side of the freeway at 1310 W. Central Ave.
Sutherlin is your gateway to recreation in southwestern Oregon.
Using Sutherlin as a base, you have easy access to the following.
- Demographics
- Sutherlin, Or., "the
future largest city in Douglas County", is located in beautiful Sutherlin
Valley and is rich in history of logging and sawmilling.
- Historic District. A visit to Sutherlin would not be complete without
stepping back in time touring the Oakland
Historic District just 2 mile north of here.
- Cascade Mountains. Diamond
Lake and Crater Lake are easy
day trips from Sutherlin, as is a waterfall tour.
- Ocean Beaches. Reedsport and Winchester Bay are less than an hour
and a half drive, leaving lots of time to explore nearby beaches.
- Umqua River. Come during fishing season for some of the best fishing
in the world surrounded by unexcelled beauty.
